First time at Portofino and it was an amazing experience. We rented a penthouse condo in Tower 3 with beautiful easy views of the sound, it was very clean, nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Courtesy tram was very helpful for getting to the lifestyle center. Pools were amazing in both the tower and lifestyle center! Food and drinks on the resort were amazing glad to have that availability. Staff was all wonderful and happy to help out. We also had our wedding at Portofino and it was a dream come true. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for how hard the team worked to make everything come out so perfect. Beach ceremony was just as imagined and the reception in the pavilion was more than I could have ever wanted. We are so happy to have found this resort to host our big day it was perfect! Will definitely be back to stay again, it will also hold a special place in our hearts!

This is the perfect beach vacation home! There is a lot of luxury in this beautiful beach house. The kitchen had everything you could want to use. Plenty of cabinets and space for your food. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The outdoor seating was amazing and the saltwater pool was very refreshing. The dock and pier makes it great for boats and fishing. This was definitely a luxury beach vacation home! I would suggest this to anyone looking to get away and stay in a beautiful home with all the additions. Lots of stairs but there is a lift for your luggage etc. 5 stars for sure!

Condo 2104 was a fantastic space. Everything was in working order and clean. The staff that we encountered were all very friendly and ready to offer help in any way. We went to the beach and pool everyday. We went to multiple nearby restaurants during our trip. Everything is easy and accessible. Would definitely stay in this room again.

We enjoyed our stay and love the Portofino. The condo we stayed in could use a better cleaning. The toaster is broken and the oven never comes up to temp, but none of that stopped us from having a great time. Everything you need can be found on site. We will be back.

Room service was prompt. All staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in tower 4 room 2101.... beautiful condo and the view was breathtaking. Seeing the sound side and calm side from the wrap around balcony is the best view of landscape and waters I've seen.
